How to Cancel Your XT P2P Merchant Verification?

If you wish to withdraw from the XT P2P Merchant Program, please complete the steps below to cancel your merchant status:

Step 1: Go to the P2P Merchant Page
Log in to your XT account, click [Buy Crypto] in the top navigation bar, Then select [P2P Trading] from the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Click "Cancel Verification"
On the P2P page, click the [Merchant Application] button at the top right to enter the merchant application page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click [Cancel Verification].

Step 3: Confirm Cancellation
A confirmation window will pop up, asking if you're sure you want to cancel your merchant verification.
Please note: Once canceled, if you wish to become a merchant again in the future, you must resubmit all required documents for verification. Click [Confirm] to proceed.
Tip: It’s highly recommended that you remove all ads and complete any pending orders before canceling, to avoid disruption or disputes.

Step 4: Cancellation Complete
After completing the steps above, your merchant identity will be revoked. Your account will revert to regular user status, and you will no longer be able to post or accept P2P orders.
