- XT usually does not provide retrieval services for wrong deposit due to the operation of the users.
- If users suffer heavy losses due to operational errors, XT may, at its own discretion, try its best to assist them in retrieving their tokens.
Please note that token retrieval contains high risk and would cost a lot over labor, time, risk control audit, such as additional installation or upgrade of the wallet, import and export of private keys, etc. Therefore, the platform will charge a service fee of 100 USDT for each retrieval service. Please reserve the equivalent of 100 USDT in your XT account for the following currencies: USDT/BTC/ETH/TRX/XRP. After deducting a handling fee of 100 USDT, we will promptly process the recovery of the corresponding assets for you.
Charges for Withdrawing a delisted token
- The platform will announce the delisting token in advance. If the users fail to withdraw the assets in their account within the limited time, they can apply for a withdrawal.
- Users can apply for withdrawal of a delisted token through online support or a work ticket.
Please note that the platform will close the wallet service for the delisted token after the withdrawal period provided in the announcement. For users who request for a withdrawal of a delisted token, we will reconfigure all the service functions of the wallet, and this process will also cost a lot of labor, time, and a risk control audit; therefore, the platform will charge a service fee of 100 USDT for each withdrawal of the delisted token. Please reserve the equivalent of 100 USDT in your XT account for the following currencies: USDT/BTC/ETH/TRX/XRP. After deducting a handling fee of 100 USDT, we will promptly process the withdrawal of the delisted currency for you.
