How to deposit cryptos via 3rd party payment on the XT website

A third-party payment is a cryptocurrency deposit made using our reliable fiat-crypto payment gateways. Users settle the payment with the gateway and cryptos will be deposited to users XT account through a blockchain transaction.
 

1. Log in to xt.com, enter the homepage of the XT official website, and click the [Buy Crypto] - [One-click Buy] button at the top of the page.

2. Jump to the third-party payment page and select the crypto.

3. Choose the fiat currency of your country and enter the payment amount.

4. Choose the digital currency you want to buy.

5. Choose a suitable payment method. (As the selected digital currency for purchase is different, the system will automatically prompt the minimum and maximum amount of the fiat currency that needs to be paid.)

6. After confirming the above information, click [Continue] and select the payment channel. Click [Confirm] and jump to the payment details page. After confirming that the information is correct, check "I have read and agree to the disclaimer", and then click [Continue] to jump to the third-party payment interface.

7. Submit the relevant information correctly according to the prompts. After verification, the digital currency will be automatically deposited into your wallet account.

Kyc Certification Instruction for Third Party Payment:

① Banxa KYC Instruction

• Step 1 - Know Your Customer (KYC)
  The first time a customer buys with Banxa they must complete the KYC procedure.
  Fist they will request the customers' contact details to check if the customer is already registered in their database and has completed KYC.
  
  
  If the customer has not completed KYC previously then Banxa will request their name, date of birth, address, identity document and a selfie holding their identity document.
  
  
  
  
  
  
   
• Step 2 - Payment
  Banxa requires that the payment comes from the same person specified in Step 2. If the customer pays using a third party’s account or card then we cannot complete the purchase and will refund the payment. Third-party payments include payments from business accounts; all payments from business accounts will be refunded.
   
• Step 3 - Completion
  Completion of an order happens when Banxa either transfers the cryptocurrency to the customer or refunds their payment if Banxa deems their purchase to be non-compliant or fraudulent. When we transfer the cryptocurrency, this is known as fulfillment.

② Mercuryo KYC Instruction

Mercuryo does not include any hidden or extra fees. You see the final amount of crypto to be deposited on your blockchain address and the fiat amount to be charged from your bank card by Mercuryo. The handling fee is also included in the final price. You can also see the fee amount charged by Mercuryo.

• Step 1 - Please type your email address. Put in the verification code received in your email. It might take some time till the code is delivered. You can resend the new code in 20 seconds.

• Step 2 - You need to select your country and depending on the country of citizenship you need to send a picture and a selfie with one of the following types of government-issued identification documents: passport; national ID card (both sides); driving license.
  
  
   
• Step 3 - Fill in the card info — card number, expiry date, cardholder name with capital letters and click Buy.
  Mercuryo accepts ONLY Visa and MasterCard: virtual, debit and credit cards. Mercuryo holds and immediately unholds 1 EUR to check if your bank card is valid.
  
  
   
• Step 4 - Complete 3D secure authorization and input security code by your bank and Mercuryo.
  In some countries to assure maximum security, Mercuryo sends a 5 digit M-XXXXX code to your bank, then your bank should deliver the code to you. Once received, you need to input it. Security code delivery is usually done via: SMS message; push notification; invoice or bank statement from your bank's web/mobile app.
  Please note that it is not a separate message and should be in the description of your transaction in the bank.
  
  
  
  As soon as you pass the security code confirmation, the fiat amount is put on authorization hold or a pre-authorization state. This is done to ensure that the card owner has sufficient funds, while we verify your transaction. Once the bank reserves the requested amount, Mercuryo reserves the crypto and provides you 30–40 minutes in order to pass KYC.
   
• Step 5 - Transaction completed
  As soon as Mercuryo sends the crypto and your transaction is completed, you receive an email with all the details of the transaction, including the amount of fiat debited, the amount of crypto sent, Mercuryo ID of the transaction, top-up address.
  
  
   

③ Simplex KYC Instruction

• Step 1 - Enter your card details, such as full card number, full name, CVV (security) code expiry date.
   
• Step 2 - Enter your personal details such as the billing address - address, city, zip/postal code, country and then the contact details - your email, date of birth and phone number.
  
  
   
• Step 3 - Once the information is submitted, if everything is entered accordingly - no special symbols, only Latin alphabet used, and the phone is in the international format - you should be able to press "PAY NOW".
  Please be informed that by pressing "PAY NOW" you agree with the terms and conditions of Simplex services, the cryptocurrency amount you will receive and confirm that the details you have entered are correct.
   
• Step 4 - After pressing "PAY NOW", the verification process will begin.
  During the verification process, you will need to verify your email by entering a 4 digit code that will be sent to the email address provided. After the email is verified, you may be asked to submit your identity document and enter its details on the document upload page.
  You might also be asked to upload a selfie with the card - photo or video - as proof of card ownership.
  If all of these steps are successfully completed, your payment will be approved and the coins will be sent to the wallet address that was used in the transaction. It wil bel reflected in the wallet as soon as it is confirmed on the Blockchain.

④ ITEZ KYC Instruction

• Step 1 - Please type your email address. Put in the verification code received in your email. It might take some time till the code is delivered.
  
  
• Step 2 - Pass KYC. You need to select your country and depending on the country of citizenship you need to send a picture and a selfie with one of the following types of government-issued identification documents: passport; national ID card (both sides); driving license.
  
  
   
• Step 3 - Place Card Info： card number, expiry date, cardholder name with capital letters.
  *The verification process usually takes at least 15 mins to 30 mins to pass.
   
• Step 4 - After verifying customers’ identities and transactions, Itez sends an email to users with all transaction details.

⑤ Xanpool KYC Instruction

• Step 1 - Enter email address and set up an account.
  
  
   
• Step 2 - Provide KYC Information
  You would need to provide the following documents : Proof of Address', 'Front & Back of ID', and 'KYC video'.
  
  For 'Proof of Address' upload a full-page document such as a bank statement or utility bill for verification. The uploaded document must be in your name, with your postal address, and issued in the last 3 months.
  
  For the KYC video, please first show front and both side face views, then of yourself holding your ID/Passport so that your photo, name, and ID number are clearly visible. Followed by a note stating 'Buy & Sell Cryptocurrency on XanPool' with today's date and your signature. Please refer to the steps below.

  Account verification is not immediate and submissions are attended to in the order that they are received by our team. The KYC process can sometimes take up to 8 hours.

How to withdraw crypto via 3rd party payment on the XT website

1. Log in to xt.com, enter the homepage of the XT official website, and click the [Buy Crypto] - [One-click Buy] button at the top of the page.

2. Jump to the third-party payment page and select the crypto (Before selling, please transfer the assets to your spot account).

3. Choose the digital currency you want to sell and enter the payment amount.

4. Choose the fiat currency you have obtained.

5. Choose a suitable payment method.

6. After confirming the above information, click [Next] and select a payment method. After clicking [Confirm], you will be redirected to the payment details page. Verify that all information is correct, read the disclaimer, check the box “I have read and agree to the disclaimer”, and then click [Next] to proceed to the third-party payment interface.

7. Submit the relevant information correctly according to the prompts. After verification, the fiat currency will be automatically deposited into your account.
