Resetting Your Login Password

⚠️ Please be aware: After any changes to your security verification, withdrawals or P2P selling will be disabled for 24 hours to protect your security.

Resetting Password on XT Website

1. Visit https://www.xt.com/ and click on the Login button.
2. On the login page, select Forgot your password?
3. Enter your registered email or phone number, and click Next.
4. Complete the Security Verification process using the code sent to your registered email address, phone number, and/or Google Authenticator. Then click Confirm to proceed.
5. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Confirm.

Resetting Password on XT App

1. Tap the icon located in the upper left corner of the homepage.
2. Select Login/Sign Up.
3. Click on Forget Password?
4. Enter your registered email or phone number and then click Next.
5. Complete the Security Verification by entering the codes from your registered email address, phone number, and/or Google Authenticator. Click Next to continue.
6. Input and confirm your new password, then click Confirm to finalize the password reset process.

By following these steps on the XT website or App, you can securely reset your login password and regain access to your account.
