Risk reminder on withdrawing digital assets

Before proceeding with a withdrawal operation, please carefully read the following risk warning to fully understand the potential risk factors. Please make a decision on whether to accept the withdrawal service based on your own risk awareness, identification ability, and risk tolerance.

Confirmation of this notice indicates that you have thoroughly read and understood all the content and have voluntarily chosen XT's withdrawal service. It also means you have a full understanding of your own risk awareness, identification ability, and risk tolerance and are willing to bear the possible risks and legal responsibilities of investing and withdrawing assets.

XT Risk Warning and Declaration:

  1. Change of Asset Ownership: Once a withdrawal is made to another address, the asset will be controlled by the individual or platform of that address.

  2. Irretrievable by the Platform: After a withdrawal is completed, the platform cannot assist in retrieving the asset.

  3. Risk of Untrustworthy Platforms: Withdrawing to a financial pyramid scheme or untrustworthy platform may result in the asset being unretrievable.

  4. Fraud Risk: Due to the temptation of arbitrage or high returns from airdrops, withdrawing to gambling or fraudulent platforms may result in asset loss.

  5. Lending Risk: Due to lending relationships, if a withdrawal is made to another person's address and they refuse to return the assets, the platform cannot assist in recovery.

  6. Money Laundering Risk: Assisting others in buying coins and then withdrawing may involve money laundering, requiring the assumption of legal responsibility.

  7. Address Error: If a withdrawal is made to an incorrect address due to a filling error, the platform cannot assist in recovering the asset.

  8. ICO Risk: ICO crowdfunding is a high-risk investment activity; please judge cautiously. Do not directly withdraw to an ICO address to avoid being unable to collect assets.

  9. Force Majeure Risk: Including but not limited to wars, market crises, natural disasters, political events, hacker attacks, etc., users must bear losses caused by force majeure.

  10. User Error Risk: This includes decision-making mistakes, improper operations, password leakage, etc., leading to loss of assets.
