XRWU is the first yield certificate product in XT Exchange’s "On-chain Elite" Earn products series. It is a flexible, principal-guaranteed product that distributes daily XRWU yield. The yield comes from the XT ecosystem’s operational income and is supported by innovative real-world assets (RWA) such as tokenized US Treasury securities.
Users can subscribe using stablecoins USDT or USDC and will receive XRWU tokens at the exchange rate, representing both the principal and accrued interest. XRWU is pegged 1:1 to USDC, with daily interest distribution and compounding. Users can redeem at any time, and upon redemption, XRWU will be converted back to USDC.
Note: XRWU is not a stablecoin, nor does it represent ownership or claims on any real-world asset, security, token, or financial instrument. It is an internal yield certificate token issued by XT, usable only within the XT platform and cannot be withdrawn or transferred on-chain. The annual percentage rate (APR) is determined and adjusted by XT based on operational performance.

XRWU Subscription Rules
Within the personal and product subscription limits, you may subscribe at any time using USDT or USDC from their Spot account. After subscription, you will receive XRWU at a real-time exchange rate (1 USDC = 1 XRWU). For example, if you subscribe with 1,000 USDC, you will receive 1,000 XRWU in your Spot account, representing your subscribed principal as a tokenized certificate.
XRWU Redemption Rules
You can redeem XRWU at any time via "Standard Redemption" or "Fast Redemption". Redeemed assets, after deducting the fee, are returned to your Spot account in USDC. Please note:
- Redemption is only available through your Spot account. Make sure XRWU is in your Spot account before redeeming.
- Fast Redemption is subject to individual daily redemption limits and product daily redemption limits, which reset at 00:00 (UTC).

XRWU Yield Rules
Interest begins accruing on Day T+1 after subscription and is distributed daily starting Day T+2.
- Distribution Method: The system takes hourly snapshots of XRWU holdings and uses the lowest hourly balance to calculate daily yield. At 00:00 (UTC) each day, the previous day’s earnings are distributed directly in XRWU to your Spot account, compounding automatically.
- Caculation Formula: Daily Yield = XRWU Holdings × Floating APR ÷ 365 (The XRWU holdings are calculated based on the lowest hourly balance snapshot of the day)
- Example: If your minimum XRWU balance on a given day is 10,000 XRWU and the APR is 4.5%, your daily yield is: 10,000 × 4.5% ÷ 365 = 1.36986301 XRWU (Actual results depend on system calculation)
XRWU Risk Warning
- Although XRWU is a flexible product with a principal-linked mechanism, its yield is variable and may adjust dynamically based on market conditions and platform operations.
- XRWU serves solely as a yield certificate within the XT platform; it is not a tradable token or an on-chain asset and cannot be transferred to on-chain wallet addresses.
- While Fast Redemption provides instant settlement, it incurs a higher fee; Standard Redemption requires up to T+3 days for settlement and is subject to individual and product daily redemption limits.
- Regional regulations or platform policies may affect product availability and rule adjustments. Users should carefully assess based on their the regulatory environment in their region and official platform announcements.
FAQs
Are there any fees for subscribing to or redeeming XRWU?
There are no fees for subscribing to XRWU. However, redemption fees apply: Quick Redemption charges a 0.1% fee on the total redemption amount, while Standard Redemption charges 0.05%.
Is the annual percentage rate (APR) for XRWU fixed?
No. XRWU has a floating APR. XT may adjust the rate dynamically based on market conditions and platform operations.
Where does the XRWU yield come from?
XRWU yields are generated from XT’s operational revenue, including but not limited to investments in Real World Assets (RWA) such as tokenized US Treasury bills. The APR is determined and adjusted by XT based on market performance and operational factors.
Can I withdraw XRWU to an on-chain wallet or transfer it to another user?
No. XRWU is for internal use within the XT platform only and is not an on-chain asset. It cannot be withdrawn to blockchain addresses or transferred between users. XRWU is not currently tradable on the spot market, but you can redeem it for USDC via the XRWU product page or Earn holdings page.
Can XRWU be redeemed for other tokens?
No. XRWU can only be redeemed for USDC.
Why does redemption take up to T+3 days to settle?
XRWU’s yield is backed by XT’s ecosystem income, potentially linked to Real World Assets (RWA) such as tokenized US Treasuries. Redemption of such assets must follow traditional financial market settlement cycles, typically processed only on business days. As a result, Standard Redemption may take up to three business days. For greater flexibility, XT also offers Fast Redemption (subject to individual and product daily redemption limits) that allows instant redemption with a higher fee.
