XT.COM Announcement on Access Restrictions for Singapore IP Addresses
Thỏa thuận người dùng
Dear XTers,
In response to and in alignment with regulatory compliance requirements across various global jurisdictions, XT.COM will be adjusting access permissions for users in certain regions. Due to the increasingly stringent regulations on digital assets by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) — which include tighter licensing and operational requirements for digital asset service providers — XT.COM has decided to restrict access from Singapore-based IP addresses.
Adjustment Details
- Starting June 15, 2025, XT.COM will begin offboarding all users from Singapore. Affected users will no longer be able to open futures positions, trade spot assets, deposit funds, or use lending services.
- On June 20, 2025, all IP addresses from Singapore will be officially blocked, and users from Singapore will no longer be able to access XT.COM. Please make the necessary preparations in advance.
- We strongly recommend that affected users settle or transfer their assets as soon as possible to avoid inconvenience caused by service disruption.
Asset Management
Users currently accessing XT.COM from Singapore IP addresses are advised to complete the following actions promptly:
- Log in to your account to confirm and back up your asset information.
- Complete withdrawals, transfers, or any necessary asset migration in advance.
- For assistance, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Withdrawal Access Retention Period
Users who have already registered on XT.COM and are located in Singapore will still be able to log in to their accounts to view personal information and request withdrawals, but no trading activities will be allowed. Login and withdrawal access will remain available for a period ranging from 3 months to 2 years, with the specific end date to be announced in the near future.
Security Reminders
- Asset Safety: When withdrawing or transferring funds, please double-check the recipient’s address to avoid any loss due to input errors. We also recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for added account security.
- Fraud Prevention: Due to this service adjustment, phishing and scam attempts may increase. Please ensure you only access information via official channels. Do not trust unknown emails, messages, or notices from third-party platforms. Beware of phishing links and customer service impersonation attempts.
- Stay Informed: This adjustment is a part of XT’s phased compliance strategy. If regulatory conditions allow in the future, we may consider resuming services in Singapore. Please stay tuned to official announcements for further updates.
We remain committed to operating in full compliance and providing secure, stable, and trustworthy trading services to users worldwide.
