• For assets deposited into your XT.COM account but not displayed in the deposit records, you can also check the status of the transaction on the corresponding withdrawal platform.
• If you deposit funds into XT.com from another platform or withdraw from XT.com and the funds do not arrive, the customer service team can use the TxID to identify the issue and assist you.

What is Transfer ID (TxID)?

A Transaction ID (TxID), also known as a transaction hash, is a unique 64-character string generated for every executed transaction.
With the TxID, you can track details such as the transfer process and transaction status of your asset deposits or withdrawals.
Additionally, you can click on this string to access the corresponding blockchain explorer and check the node confirmation status. Please note that assets will only be transferred to the respective blockchain after the block nodes have fully confirmed the transaction. If the network is currently congested and your asset’s nodes are not confirmed in time, this may also delay the deposit or withdrawal process accordingly.
